Professional Background
My experiences across classroom instruction, school leadership, regional educational support, higher education, and program development allow me to bridge research with practice and strategy with implementation. Having worked with educators in multiple roles and settings, I understand both the complexity of educational systems and the importance of creating solutions that are realistic, scalable, and responsive to organizational needs.
In addition to consulting, I continue to serve as a literacy coach while supporting educators through literacy leadership, professional learning, instructional design, and research focused on improving teaching and learning.
Education and Credentials
Doctoral Candidate (Ed.D.)
I am currently in the final phase of my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Elementary Education at Brenau University and am completing my dissertation, with an anticipated completion in August 2026. My research examines elementary teachers' perceptions of generative artificial intelligence as an instructional tool, with a focus on the factors that influence educators' adoption and implementation of AI in teaching and learning. This research informs my work in literacy leadership, professional learning, instructional systems design, and AI in education.
